Postulancy

The next step of the Apostolic Carmel formation takes us to the Postulancy. As the candidates enter the Postulancy, they renounce their worldly wealth in exchange for the Divine wealth. As a symbol of this act, they remove their gold earrings and offer them at the feet of Mother Mary, during the entrance ceremony Throughout this year, they learn to live a close union with God and learn more of religious life.
